March is Groovy, Man!

Now that it's officially the month of March, I guess I can finally spill the beads—I mean, beans—that I have two more projects featured in the March issue of Bead Trends! "Yeah, Baby!" I have a necklace and a pair of coordinating earrings, made with some of my favorite bead designs, which I've dubbed my "Groovy Flowers" series…
I also have a bracelet design that I didn't submit to the magazine:

I don't know why, but every time I make or look at these beads, they just make me happy! LOL I'm not sure if it's their Retro looking graphic shapes, the yummy mix of chocolate brown, sky blue and hints of white—or a combination of both? I also make these in a brown and pink, but the blue is definitely my favorite so far. Next, I think I need to try it in classic black and white!

I'm a subscriber to "Bead Trends" and when I saw your design in the March issue - it brought back memories from Cuba. There we have these "lentil pods" wash up on the shore after a storm. The legend is if you find one in the shape of a heart, you will have eternal love.
